Kaufman Koncepts - HexPod 1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage:
Kaufman Koncepts ("Company") warrants that the HexPod charging device and its peripherals ("Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the Product ("Customer") and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claims and Proof of Purchase:
To make a warranty claim, Customer must provide proof of the original purchase date, such as a valid purchase receipt. Warranty claims can be made by contacting Kaufman Koncepts at https://www.thehexpod.com/pages/contact

Warranty Coverage Exclusions:
This limited warranty does not cover:

1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or mishandling of the Product.
2. Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or unauthorized repair or modification of the Product.
3. Damage caused by use of the Product in a manner contrary to the provided instructions and guidelines.
4. Damage caused by impact, fluid exposure, or any other damage resulting from actions or events beyond the control of the Company.
5. Damage caused by unauthorized alterations to the Product or removal of the serial number label.

Malicious Actions and Fraudulent Claims:
Kaufman Koncepts reserves the right to deny warranty claims if it is determined that the claim is malicious, fraudulent, or an attempt to take advantage of the warranty offer. Such actions may result in the forfeiture of warranty coverage and legal consequences.

Limitation of Liability:
The Company's liability under this limited warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the Product at its discretion. In no event shall Kaufman Koncepts be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product.

Entire Agreement:
This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Kaufman Koncepts and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements.
